Week 6: Social Bookmarking

I don't keep a list of my bookmarks online, but I definitely see the value in it. I've used delicious before as a way to collect and organize information. It worked wonderfully for a project-- a central place for people to gather and annotate resources. I've also used it to answer reference questions--creating a private account for the patron to login to-- offering the patron some links and descriptions of those links. I appreaciated the instruction to be able to create a tag bundle. That could be a helpful tool I had not used before. I also really enjoyed checking out some of the other social bookmarking tools. I'm a fan of diigo; I like it even better than delicious. Stumbleupon was a really fun discovery too.
